HR Policy

  1. Employee will be covered by the service rules and regulation including conduct, discipline and administrative orders and any such other rules or orders of the company that may come in force from time to time
  2. Employee age mentioned in the matriculation / higher secondary Certification will be deemed to be conclusive proof of your date of birth.
  3. Employee will intimate in writing to the management any change of address within the week from change of the same. Failing which any communication sent on your last recorded address shall be deemed to have been served on you.
  4. Employee may be placed under suspension pending enquiry into the charge of misconduct or otherwise. The salary for the suspension period will paid to you only when you are found not guilty of any of the charges for which you were suspended and lot otherwise
  5. The present designation is subjected to change depending upon work assignment from time to time
  6. Employee has to hand over the charge of latter of Authority or power pf attorney issued to you or any property / material of the company in your possession at the time of cessation of your employment with the company
  7. Employee shall be required to sign and abide by the policy on Which the company has at this level and shall undertake to sign such declaration that the policy may demand from time to time
  8. In the event of any dispute regarding the term and condition of your appointment, person will subjected to jurisdiction of relevant courts of law at the headquarter of the company viz Navi Mumbai
  9. Please note that you are required to keep the salary & other perquisites / benefit, offered to you strictly confidential and not share information the same with any one.

  1. The Company will expect you to work with a high initiative efficiency and economy. You will perform, observe and confirm to such duties, direction and instruction or communication to you by company and those in authority over you.
  2.  You will devote your entire time to the work of the company and will not undertake any direct / indirect business or work, honorary or remuneratory except with the written permission of management in each case. Contravention of this will lead to termination of your service without any notice or any compensation in lieu of such notice.
  3.  You shall not seek membership of any local or public bodies without first obtaining written permission from the management.
  4.  You shall neither divulge nor give out to any unauthorized person during the period of your service or even afterward by word of mouth or otherwise, particular or detail of our systems and procedure, technical know-how, security arrangement, administrative and / or organizational matters of a confidential / secret nature, which may be your privilege to know by virtue of your being our employee.
  5.  You shall keep confidential all the information and material provided to you by the company or by its clients concerning their affairs, in order to enable the company to perform. This also include such information as is already known to the public which also you will not release, use or disclose except with the prior written permission of the company. Your Obligation to keep such information confidential shall remain even on termination or cancellation of this employment.
  6.  You will disclose to us forthwith any strategy or process or improvement made by you while in our services, and such process or improvement shall belong absolutely to and be the sole and absolute property of the company. If and when required to do so by the company, you shall at the company’s expenses, take out or apply for te latter’s patent, licenses or other rights, privileges or protection as may be directed by us in respect of any such process or improvement so that the benefit thereof shall accrue to us and you will execute and do all instruments, acts, deeds and things, which may be required by us for assigning, transferring or otherwise vesting the same and all benefit arising in respect thereof in our favour of such other person or persons, firms or companies, as we may direct as the sole beneficiary thereof. You are specifically made aware that you will not be made liable to any compensation for such acts of yours, and that any rewards which the company may choose to bestow will not be deemed to confer any towards that process or improvement in system or method for you.
  7.  You will not enter into any commitments or dealings on behalf of the company for which you have no express authority nor alter or be a party to any alteration of any principle or policy of the Company or exceed the authority or discretion vested in you without the previous sanction of the company or those in authority over you.
  8.  You will be responsible for the safe keeping and return in good condition and order of all the properties of the company, which may be in your use, custody, care or charge. For the loss of any property of the company in your possession, the company will have a right to access on its own basis and recover the damages of all such material from you and to take such other action as it deems proper in the event of your failure to account for such material or property to its satisfaction.
  9.  The Company also seeks to safeguard and protect their commercial and business data concerning their present Clients and Business Associates and Service will in the market by suitably advising the prospective Employee and obtaining Undertakings from the Employee that for a period specified in the agreement, he shall not join or collaborate or associate or assist or deal with in any manner whatsoever directly or otherwise or provide consultancy in any manner to any competitor including Firm or Company or act on their behalf with or without consideration or return or gratis or by way of favour, so that the current business deals and terms are not taken advantage of by any business rival / competitor or firm or Company which is similarly engaged in
  10.  The Employee shall not at any time divulge to any person whosoever and shall under no circumstance permit the circulation or publication or disclosure of any trade secret or any information concerning the activities or decisions of the Employer or of its dealings, transactions, or affairs which may come to his knowledge while in the services of the Company. If at any time during his employment, the Employee is found guilty of willful

PROBATION

All the new Joining employee initially be on probation for a period of 3 Months from the date of joining the Company, Which may be extended or reduced at the sole discretion of the Management. During the Period of probation, the appointment is terminable either by the Company without any notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.

 

CONFIRMATION

On completion of initial probation period employee intimated in writing regarding your confirmation based on employee training, knowledge, competency, discipline and reliability etc assessment.

LEAVE POLICY ON PROBATION PERIOD:

Leaves availed in probation will result in the extension of probation period for the duration of leave availed.

  • 10 Mins is flexible time, late coming after 10 min in 3 days in a month, Employee  ½ day salary will be deducted
  • Kindly note that, Completion of  9 Hrs in terms of IN and OUT time is mandatory (Which means if person IN Time : 10:00 AM than OUT Time should be 7:00 PM or after that)
  • If the IN Time will be more than 1 hrs in day , this will deduct ½ day salary from employee account
  • Any Saturday, Sunday & Monday absent will deduct 2 days salary, Subjected to written approval

  • Company Assets Policy It is the policy of Company that directors, officers, and employees are expected to protect the assets of the Company and use them efficiently to advance the interests of the Company.     Make sure allocated Company asset will be used for company interest only, No personal usage allowed for that if company find any misuse of company asset, Company will take action as per HR Policy.     What happened if above rule will break

    1st warning:     1 day salary would be deducted

    2nd warning:     2 days salary would be deducted

    3rd warning:     Refuse the employment immediately

  • Any absent / leaves is clubbed between holiday will be considered compete leave/absent at any circumstances.
  • There is no paid leave in probation period
  • Continuously 2 times Misconduct due to Leaves. Company is authorized to send termination notice to employee and claim loss of company policy as per signed contract by Employee

SICK LEAVE POLICY:

  • Sick leave is paid leave, means employer will Pay Out the salary for that leave
  • Sick leave is applicable after probation period completed
  • 6 Sick is applicable for Paid Leave which divided in year equally ( Means Half day Monthly )

LOS (LOSS OF PAY) POLICY:

  • Reason of availing leave without pay must be genuine and pre-approved by manager on HRMS/ WhatsApp Only, No verbal approval will be considered at any circumstances
  • Without approval of such leave shall be viewed as a serious misconduct
  • Each employee is cannot exceed the eligibility of LOP as per HRMS Policy

Eligibility of LOP

  • Yearly 18 LOP is the limit of each employee after probation period completed
  • LOP is distributed in each quarter equally Consumption of LOP in one go is also limit as well as subjected to Manager Approval.

Emergency Leave:

  • If any sudden leave is required without pre-approval, in that case only medical emergency will be consider for that you need to inform and discuss before 8AM, so that we can arrange your substitute for the day as well as to avoid misconduct due to un-informed leave.

    HOW TO RECONCILE ANY EMERGENCY LEAVE

    • Immediate after resume your work, emergency leave must be Reconcile
    • Reconciliation of Leave is not possible after 5th of each month

Employee Salary Pay out Policy are as follows:

    • Salary Pay out period as per calendar Month ( i,e, 1st to 30th or 31st)
    • Salary Pay Out date in between 15th to 17th subjected to Bank Holiday
    • If Someone Date of Joining in between 1st to 15th than salary will be pay out in coming as per salary Date. ( Example Mr Jack joined on 3rd Jan than salary from 3rd to 31st Jan will pay out in 15 Feb )
    • If Someone Date of Joining in between 16st to 31st than salary will accumulate in next Month salary and combine salary will be pay Out in Next to Next Month salary date. ( Example Mr Jack joined on 17th Jan than salary from 17th  to 31st Jan will pay out in 15 March with Feb Month Salary )

  • Once Employee Joined, Company provide 3 days On Job Training to understand his/ Her Job Profile and working scenario, and gives some time to adjust in system.
  • If employee fail to adjust or proof designated profile, company is free stop employment therefore company is not liable to any salary during Training days as its consider a company loss.

While exit from the Company Employee has to give proper resignation to the management, discuss your reason for leaving from company, take acceptance of your resignation

Employee has to mention Notice period in their Resignation:

  • Employee on probation period has to give 15 days prior notice from last day of working
  • Confirmed Employee has to give 30 days prior notice from last day of working

Exit Interview

  • On last day employee has to complete exit interview after that Full and Final will be applicable

NOC :

  • Employee has to handover their responsibility to other team members as agreed by management before his/her last date of employment
  • Employee has to submit the company assets, ID Card, Uniform before the his/her last date of employment

Full & Final:

    • Once the Resignation accepted employee current month salary will be hold that will be processed in Full & final
    • While on Notice period there will not any incentive applicable
    • In Notice period only working day will be consider
    • Full & final will take 30-45 days from last date of working

    • Employee has to complete 1 year of tenure
    • During tenure there should not be any misconduct
    • While termination Experience certificate will not be applicable
